Tasks & Responsibilities
- Remove excess lumber, trash, and debris from the construction site.
- May also wash the exterior of windows, cleaning the gutters, and cleaning concrete and walkways.
- Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the job site.
- Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor
- Cleaning site after construction is complete.
- Including, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, windows, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience on commercial construction sites preferred
- Must have own steel toe Safety Boots and able to lift 50lbs
- Be comfortable using cleaning equipment and cleaning products
