Optimum Staffing Solutions Inc. is looking for a STRONG customer Service Representative with minimum 3 years’ experience in Flexible packaging industry. our client is a leader in the flexible packaging industry and blown film process and looking to grow the customer service team. This position is a full time permanent position with benefits after 3 months.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming Customer’s emails and phone calls, processing customers Purchase Orders, ship dates, production dates, product information, tracing of shipments.
- Verifying orders and inventory and good knowledge of the flexible packaging industry.
- Good knowledge of flexographics and blown film industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of Graphics and flexographic printing plates.
- Answers Sales Reps emails and phone calls on pricing and purchase orders.
- Responsible for making any changes to Customer Purchase orders
- Getting quotes from freight companies.
- Generating Excel worksheet’s
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience in Manufacturing environment with Flexible packaging background.
- Excellent communication skills required (written and verbal)
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent Computer skills, Windows, Word, Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with others.
Compensation:
- Annual salary $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
- Company Benefits after 3 months.
- Hours 8:30 am to 5pm.
