Your Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with new clients, understanding their hiring needs, and presenting tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source and engage with high-quality candidates.
- Screening and Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Job Matching: Strategically match candidates with suitable job opportunities, considering both client requirements and candidate aspirations.
- Negotiation: Facilitate salary and contract negotiations between clients and candidates.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market dynamics.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, managing both client and candidate relationships.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
