We are seeking an experienced Blown Film Extrusion Operator for our client in Vaughan.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Key / Major Order setups and Trial Runs with minimal supervision
- Perform Inline product quality & process/ In-line troubleshooting and address resolutions
- Manage assistants daily tasks especially for label accuracies, acquiring accurate blender readings from blenders during shift start and after ending an order. Verify data as needed
- Help promote a company culture that encourages quality, performance, and high morale
- Ensure adherence with Succession planning program and Mentor potential trainee for Jr-Operator or Lead Operator position
- Perform detailed hands-on training with potential FJOPR or FLOP candidates and fulfill each criterion of designated Tier based training program
- Provide Biweekly feedback on the trainee’s performance and progression updates with the Production Manager.
- Performance of a detailed Tier based assessment reports/documentation on periodic basis with detailed comments and review areas of improvement/development plan to Production Manager or Supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience
- PExcellent communication and leadership skills
- Team player
