Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of staffing solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to understand clients' evolving needs and challenges.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
- Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market intelligence.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
- Customize solutions to meet the specific staffing and recruitment needs of clients.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Regularly track and report on key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and client retention.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network.
- Represent the company at trade shows and community events to enhance brand visibility.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms are favourable to both parties.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing solutions, recruitment processes, and workforce trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
