Our client in Brampton is looking for MIG welders $20 - $22 per hour, They will also offer a $1000 signing bonus. Condition would be that you must complete three months with agency, be hired by client and complete their 3 months probation period. Combined this would be 6 months and you would receive a $1000 bonus. These are permanent full-time positions, and if for some reason they slowed down and had to lay off the bonus would still be paid but this is very unlikely as they are already booked 16 weeks out.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Proven ability to work independently, safely and demonstrate sound decision making skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
- Able to adept to changing priorities on a frequent basis.
- A team player with a strong sense of urgency.
- MIG Welding certificate.
- Set-up and operate welding machines as required.
- Examine welds and make sure they meet specifications.
Skills
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1-3 years welding experience.
- Set-up and operate welding machines as required.
- Ability to work full time and overtime as needed
- Reliable with commitment to regular attendance a must.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 - 3+ years of experience and must undergo a welding test.
Required Education
- High School diploma or higher.
